PATRIOTS POINT MUSEUM

This is the permission and reservation slip for the Pack’s Trip to the Patriot’s Point Naval Museum. The pack will pay for the Cub Scout’s fare. The ship provides berths to sleep in, showers and mandatory separate quarters for females. You will need to bring sleeping bag, pillow, blanket, change of clothes, personal toiletries. Entire Families are welcome.
We will be checking in at Patriot’s Point on Saturday AM, May 3rd and departing sometime Sunday May 4th. We need to check in as a group at 9:00 AM so everyone will need to be there at that time. We may leave as a group from NMB at a time TBD. Meals are provided (lunch Saturday through breakfast Sunday) and there is of course a snack bar and machines. Bring lots of change or $1.00 bills for the snack machines.
Be sure you read and understand the following:
1. I will need all reservations and money (parents/siblings cost of $55.00/person) by Monday, March 3rd. The pack will pay for the Cub Scout’s fare. This money is non-refundable as we will have to send the money in to Patriot’s Point. Checks should be made out to Cub Scout Pack 800.
2. Returned Registration Forms MUST be accompanied by all payments due.
3. A parent has to accompany a child.
4. We have to check in as a group at 9:00 AM on Saturday.
5. You will need to bring sleeping bag, pillow, blanket, change of clothes, personal toiletries.
I give my permission for my Scout ____________________________________ to attend the Cub Scout Pack 800 trip to Charleston, SC on May 3-4, 2008. I am aware I am responsible for transportation to and from Charleston, SC. I will not hold Cub Scout Pack 800, North Myrtle Beach, Boy Scouts of America, Ocean Drive Presbyterian Church or any individuals associated with the Boy Scouts responsible for any accident, injuries, damages or other losses to the person or property of my son which may result from his participation in this Scout event.
